基于岗位工作流程设计技能型教材模式的探究——以广厦学院为例

Inquiry on Skill-based Teaching Material Model Based on Workflow Design——Take Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology as an example

目前国内高职院校在编写教材上,虽然在以往以理论递进模式的基础上有所改进,但在实际教材开发过程中也存在一些问题,特别是在内容选取上、编排上、标准上都与我们实际的岗位工作存在一定的距离。为了开发出适合高职院校的技能型教材的模式,本文提出基于工作岗位流程来设计技能型教材,在教材开发模式上进行一定的探索研究。文章以广厦学院为例,希望能为兄弟院校提供一定的借鉴。

At present, vocational colleges in the preparation of teaching materials, although improvements in the past to progressive mode on the basis of the theory, but in actual materials development process, there are some problems, particularly in the selection of content, the layout, the standard there is a certain distance from the actual position of our work. In order to develop the appropriate skills-based vocational colleges teaching model, this paper-based work processes to design skills-based teaching materials, conduct some exploration and research on materials development mode. The paper takes Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology for example, hopes to provide a reference for the other universities.
