摘要
食品营养与卫生课程为食品相关专业一门重要的学科专业基础课程,是食品相关专业本科生的必修或选修课程。为了改善和提高食品营养与卫生课程质量,对不同年级和专业的学生设计了该课程的目标达成度表,并对该目标达成度表进行了比较分析。通过对课程目标达成度表的设计和分析中找出问题,并提出相应的解决问题的思路和方法,以便有效的提高食品相关专业课程的教学质量。本文就课程目标达成度在食品营养与卫生课程的应用进行了尝试和探讨,为提高课程教学质量水平提供一些基础数据和方法。
Food nutrition and health program is an important foundation course for food-related professional disciplines, are food-related undergraduate compulsory or elective courses. In order to improve the quality of nutrition and food hygiene courses for students in different grades and professional goals of the course is designed to achieve the degree of the table, and reached the goal of the tables were compared. Through the design and analysis of the course to achieve the target of the table to identify problems and propose solutions to those problems and methods to effectively improve the quality of teaching foodrelated professional courses. In this paper, the application reached the degree of food nutrition and health programs were to try and explore the curriculum goals, provide some basic data and methods to improve teaching quality.
