“我”怎样给学生纠错——关于三位“大英”教师的学习与教学故事

摘要 本研究以促进英语教师专业发展为出发点、借助于社会建构主义理论的分析框架、通过深度访谈,对三位大学英语教师课堂纠错模式形成过程进行了个案追踪。研究发现教师使用或偏爱某种错误改正模式是与其自身内部因素,其所处的外部环境条件密切联系的。本研究的成果提醒人们应重视教师自身内部因素和已有经历在教师专业发展过程中的作用,并努力为教师的发展创设良好的外部环境。 In this study, in order to promote the professional development of teachers of English as a starting point, by means of the analytical framework of social constructivist theory, through in-depth interviews, three of college English teachers for correction mode formation process conducted case tracking. Study found that teachers use / prefer some kind of error correction mode is its own internal factors, external environmental conditions under which it is closely linked. The results of this study reminds people should pay attention to their own internal factors and have experience in the professional development of teachers in the process of the role of teachers and teacher development efforts to create a favorable external environment.
