摘要
本文通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,结合笔者工作经验,对青少年游泳运动员在训练中产生的疲劳,以及疲劳后的恢复进行了分析研究,旨在保证运动员有更充沛的精力投入到训练中来,以取得更优秀的运动成绩。
This paper through literature, expert interviews and other research methods, the author combines work experience, for youth swimmers produced fatigue in training, and fatigue recovery were analyzed, aimed to ensure that athletes have a more abundant energy into training, come to get better athletic performance.
