摘要
家长和教师在幼儿园的亲子运动会中都存在一些不适宜行为:家长一般有代替幼儿、带头犯规、忽视安全、过度保护等不适宜行为;教师主要有指导不充分、忽视幼儿的兴趣和发展、注重形式、占用其他教育活动时间、注重结果等不适宜行为。
Parents and teachers have some inappropriate behavior in kindergarten's parent-child games. Parents generally instead of children, break the rules, ignore safety, overprotect children, focus on results; for teachers, the pre-training for children and parents is not full,ignore children's interests and development, focus on the appearance, occupy the time for other educational activities, focus on results.
