摘要
医疗护理职业风险是护生培养、教育和就业面临的重大问题。在校中职护生职业风险意识的培养需要开设护理职业风险意识教育课程;融风险意识教育与专业课教学中;提高沟通技能,改善护患关系;提高法律意识和职业防护意识,有利于保证医疗护理安全,维护患者和自身的合法权益。
Health care occupational risks are major issues to develop nursing students, education and employment. In the vocational school nursing students' occupational risks training needs to create occupational risk awareness nursing education programs; financial risk awareness education and courses teaching; improve communication skills, improve nurse-patient relationship; raise legal awareness and awareness of occupational protection, will help to ensure medical care safety, maintenance patients and their legal rights.
