This phenomenological study investigated the problem of international English language graduate research institutions in the research process and solutions encountered. The researchers interviewed sixteen English language graduate researches, ask questions they encountered in the study, in addition, in order to understand the phenomenon of multiple perspectives, the researchers also interviewed two doctoral tutors, consulting the difficulties exist in students research in their eyes.
