构建技能型高职院校实训室的探究——基于工作过程分析

高职院校是以培养高素质技能型应用人才为目标的一种高等教育类型.目前高等职业教育还处在改革和创新的重要时期,积极探索新形势下的人才培养模式是高职院校所面临的新课题,要认真分析研究实训工作的内涵及特点,充分认识校内实训基地对高素质技能型人才培养的重要作用,为走出一条突出高职特色和以办学质量为核心的内涵发展道路,本文基于对岗位工作过程的分析,构建培养高素质技能型应用人才的高职院校实训室.

Vocational college is a higher type of education to train highly qualified personnel skilled application. Currently vocational education is still in an important period of reform and innovation, and actively explore training model under the new situation facing a new topic vocational colleges should carefully analyze the connotation and characteristics of research training work to fully understand the real campus training bases important role high-quality skilled personnel training for, as out of the connotation of development path and to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education quality at the core, this paper is based on job work process analysis, to build high vocational training rooms to train high-quality skilled personnel.
