经济转型升级背景下地方本科院校系部教学质量监控体系改革与建构的思考

Local College Department Teaching Quality Monitoring System Reform and Construction under the Background of Economic Transformation and Upgrading

在我国经济转型升级大背景下,加强地方本科院校教学质量对国家、对社会、对高校都具有非比寻常的意义,系部教学质量监控体系改革与建构是提高高等教育质量的重要的着力点和突破口.本文在分析我国地方本科院校系部教学质量监控体系普遍存在问题的基础上,提出改革与建构措施的思考.

In the context of China's economic transformation and upgrading, strengthening the quality of teaching colleges where the state, the community, the university has extraordinary significance, Department of the Ministry of teaching quality monitoring system reform is to improve the quality of higher education and the construction of an important focus point and a breakthrough. Based on the analysis of the problems of teaching quality monitoring system of local college department, this paper put forward the thinking on the reform and construction measures.
