教师对学生的教育,既要言传,又要身教.教师的政治思想、生活作风、生活习惯、学习态度、工作精神、言论行为等都会给学生深刻的影响,成为学生模仿的对象.本文以从教多年的经验,探讨以身立教,为人师表的途径,以期为培养高素质人才提供帮助.

Teachers' education students, both to explain in words, but also by example. Teacher's political ideology, life style, habits, learning attitude, work ethic, speech acts and so give students a profound effect, become the object of the students to imitate and emulate. In this paper, from many years of teaching experience, explore teaching by themselves, approaches to be a teacher in order to provide help for the training of highly qualified personnel.
