摘要
教师从工作的那一天起,进入了专业成长的第一个时期,此后五年逐渐进入成长的高原期,停滞不前甚至倒退.如何帮助教师走出高原期,首先解决发展的内因:教师成长个人发展的动机、读书学习、反思.其次解决好外因:教师成长走出高原期成长环境、专家引领、考核评价.
Teachers from the day of working, enter the first period of professional growth, then gradually into the plateau period of five years of growth, stagnation and even retrogression.
