文章采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法、数理统计法,通过对牡丹江市农村中学体育教师继续教育现状的调查,了解牡丹江市农村中学继续教育已经取得的成绩与存在的问题,分析存在问题的原因,并结合农村中学体育教育的实际与教师教育发展的要求提出相应的对策,为牡丹江市农村中学体育教师继续教育发展提供参考.

This article uses literature data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, through the continuing education of Mudanjiang City, the rural middle school PE teacher survey to find Mudanjiang City of rural education in the achievements and problems has been made, to analyze the reasons of problems, combined with rural middle school physical education teacher education requirements actual and proposed countermeasures, provide reference for Mudanjiang City middle school PE teachers continuing education development.
