目前,应用型本科院校在物流管理专业实践教学中存在着对实践教学认识不够、实践教学投入偏少、实习基地不稳定、师资力量不足、实践教学方法落后等诸多问题.为此需要在人才培养、实验室资源共享、师资队伍建设、创新教学模式等方面入手进行教学改革,以更好地满足社会发展对应用型物流人才的特定需求.

Currently, application-oriented colleges exist in the logistics management practice teaching in a lack of awareness of practice teaching, practice teaching into too few, practice base instability, lack of teachers, and practice teaching methods behind many other issues. To do this need to start teaching reform in personnel training, sharing, teaching staff, innovative teaching mode aspects laboratory resources to better meet the specific needs of social development, applied logistics personnel.
