摘要
组织胞浆菌病(HP)是一种由荚膜组织胞浆菌引起的以侵犯网状内皮系统或肺部为主的深部真菌病,本病为非传染性,有自限性,但可重复感染而发生播散性或慢性病变.主要分布在美国密西西比河和俄亥俄河流域.在我国十分罕见.最近我院诊治一例,现报告如下并进行文献复习.
Histoplasmosis(HP) is caused by a violation of Histoplasma capsulatum in the reticuloendothelial system or lungs dominated deep mycosis, non-contagious disease, there are self-limiting, but can be repeated occurrence of disseminated infection or chronic lesions. Mainly appear in the United States Mississippi and Ohio River Valley. It's very rare in our country. Recently our hospital one case, are as follows and literature review.
