高校社团建设存在的问题及对策研究——以西北农林科技大学社团为例

高校学生社团对有效提高学生素质与能力以及丰富校园文化生活发挥着巨大的作用,笔者基于丰富的社团工作经验发现高校社团建设过程中普遍面临社团制度流于形式、内部管理松散,社团文化缺乏、凝聚力不强,社团活动缺乏内涵、活动资源有限,社团干部素质良莠不齐等问题,继而提出加强社团管理制度建设、文化建设、人才建设、基础设施建设的对策建议.

College student association plays a huge role to improve the quality and ability of students and a rich cultural life on campus, the author based on a wealth of experience in community colleges found that the process of community building societies generally facing the system, saying the loose internal management, the lack of corporate culture, cohesion is not strong, the lack of meaning of community activities, limited resources, activities, community cadres of different quality and other issues, and then proposes to strengthen community management system construction, cultural construction suggestions, personnel development, infrastructure construction.
