摘要
本文以天津市部分高校男子跨栏运动员为实验对象,进行了核心部位训练的实验,通过对实验前后的组间和组内的专项素质指标和核心力量评价指标进行对比与分析,并对实验后运动员的专项素质、核心区域力量和专项成绩进行对比分析得出,核心部位训练对大学生跨栏运动员的核心肌群耐力、平衡能力、核心爆发力以及核心稳定性都具有良好的效果,对发展运动员身体整体协调能力也有良好的效果;通过核心部位训练的实施,对提高大学生跨栏运动员的核心区域素质有重要的作用。
This paper takes men hurdler in some universities as experimental subjects, core parts of the training conducted experiments, and analyzed by comparison between the experimental group before and after the special quality indicators and core strength within the group and evaluation, and post-test athletes special qualities, the core area of special forces and comparative analysis of the results obtained, the core part of the core muscle endurance training college hurdler, the balance, and core stability explosive core has a good effect on the development of athletes' overall coordination body; through the implementation of the core parts of the training to improve the quality of students hurdler core region has an important role.
