在行政问责制度中,公众参与是不可或缺的一部分。然而,当前我国行政问责中公众参与面临着制度、途径、程序、回应等方面的困境,导致公众在行政问责中的参与不足。本文在分析了当前我国行政问责中公众参与困境的基础上,从公众参与制度、参与途径、完善问责信息公开等方面提出了相应的对策建议。

In the administrative accountability system, public participation is an integral part.
