高校辅导员在新时期面临着许多新的情况和任务，必须加大队伍建设来完成新的要求。本文结合工作实践认为，新的形势下，辅导员队伍建设必须注重明确职责、提高自身素质和建立科学的管理机制，才能为新时期做好高校辅导员工作提供重要保证。

College counselors are facing many new situations and tasks in the new era, must increase the ranks to complete the new requirements. This paper considers practical work under the new situation, Counselors must focus on clear responsibilities, improve their quality and to establish a scientific management system, in order to provide an important guarantee for the college counselors' work in the new era.
