大学生网络依赖的思想政治教育对策研究

Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education on College Students' Network Dependent

网络已经成为大学生获取信息和进行社会交流的重要途径，而大学生中由于过度使用网络而引起的网络依赖现象已经严重影响到了其正常的学习和生活，成为广大高校思想政治教育工作者亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析当前大学生网络依赖现状形成的原因和对大学生个人、学校、家庭、社会造成的不利影响，立足于思想政治教育的角度，提出合理的干预对策，帮助网络依赖学生正确面对学习和生活。

Internet has become an important way for college students to get information and social communication, and col-lege students in the network caused due to excessive use of network-dependent phenomenon has seriously affected the normal life and study, a majority of the ideological and political problems need to be solved by educators. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the current status of students' network dependent and adverse effects on the individual college, school, family and society, based on the perspective of ideological and political education, reasonable intervention measures to help network dependent students face learning and life correctly.
