摘要
日常课题教学方式比较复杂,微课的产生,可以对其有效的进行分解化简,通过及时有效的反馈信息,为培训者创建了合理科学的训练方法以及训练环境。微课教学的教学设计模式是要建立在教学设计的原理基础上的。本文对此进行了详细的分析。
Daily topic teaching mode is more complex, micro-lesson generation, can effectively decompose its simplification, through timely and effective feedback to create a rational and scientific training methods and training environment for the trainers. Micro-teaching instructional design model is to establish the principles on the basis of instructional design. This paper conducted a detailed analysis.
