摘要
文章对高校体育选项课教学存在问题进行探析，高校体育教学存在运动项目缺乏引导、教学中对改善学生体质健康状况并没有所提高、学生技能水平不同、教学评价不完善等问题。建议高校应该加强选项前的指导、调整选课的开设时机、设置公平合理的评价教学制度。使高校体育教学改革能够得到较好的发展。
Analysis of the existing problems of college sports options teaching, there are sports lack of guidance, teaching to improve student's health condition did not increase, the different skill levels of students, teaching evaluation imperfect Col-lege Physical Education. Suggested universities should strengthen the guidance options before adjusting the timing of the opening of course, set a fair and reasonable evaluation of the teaching system. Make the teaching reform of college sports can get a better development.
