针对贵州省畜牧业发展现状及其人才需求进行的课程改革探讨

Explore the Curriculum Reform for the Development of Animal Husbandry in Guizhou Province and its Personnel Needs

畜牧业是我国农业的重要组成部分，是我国农民增加收入的重要来源之一。贵州省具有丰富的发展畜牧业资源和优势，大力发展畜牧业将作为贵州省农村经济结构战略性调整的主要突破口之一。畜牧业的发展需要大量的应用技能型高端畜牧兽医人才，本文针对贵州畜牧兽医行业发展现状及其人才需求，对畜牧兽医专业高职教育的人才培养定位、专业设置、人才培养模式及课程体系与教学内容改革进行了初步探讨。

Livestock husbandry is an important component of China's agriculture, is also an important source of China's farmers to increase their income. With rich resources and livestock development advantages, Guizhou will vigorously develop livestock husbandry and take it as one of the major breakthrough in the rural economy strategic adjustment. Development of livestock requires a lot of high skilled talents of livestock husbandry and veterinary. On the livestock development status and its talent needs in Guizhou, this paper made preliminarily discussion on talent training orientation, specialty settings, training model, as well as cur-riculum system and teaching content reform of Livestock Husbandry and Veterinary specialty in Higher Education.
