文章以教学实践为基础，从教学大纲修订、教师队伍建设、教学改革和教考分离实验等方面，论述了土力学课程的性质，探索该课程建设的发展方向及具体措施。

Based on the teaching practice, we discussed the feature of"Soil Mechanics"course, which included the syllabus revision, teachers team construction, teaching reform and teaching-examination separation experiments, and discovered the specific measures on the development orientation of the course construction.
