本文从中式鲜汤的用途与功效出发,强调了加工制作中式鲜汤的主要原料与选择要求,阐述了中式鲜汤常见的几个基本种类,介绍了几种中式鲜汤的加工制作方法,总结了加工制作中式鲜汤的技术要点。
In this paper, start from the use and effectiveness of Chinese soup, emphasizing the manufacture of Chinese soup and choice of main raw material requirements, describes a few basic types of the common Chinese soup, describes several methods of manufacture of Chinese soup, summarized the processing and production techniques of Chinese soup.
