关于任务抑制影响右前额叶腹侧激活的研究述评

摘要 有数据表明右前额叶在问题解决过程中起着非常重要的作用。为了验证这个结论,Vartanian&Goel(2005)利用FMRI技术考察了15个被试在完成构词任务时的脑神经机制。结果发现,非抑制条件与抑制条件相比,前者引起了右前额叶更大的激活。虽然Vartanian&Goel的结论表明了右前额叶参与了无抑制问题的解决过程,但是其研究存在一些不足之处。本文在通过研读其研究的基础上,对其不足之处进行了深刻的思考。 Lesion data suggest that right prefrontal cortex (PFC) plays an important role in problem solving. To test this hy-pothesis, Vartanian&Goel (2005) scanned fifteen normal subjects with fMRI as they completed an anagram task. It was found out that:compared with constrained trials, there was significant activation in right ventral lateral PFC in unconstrained trials. Though Vartanian&Goel(2005) revealed PFC was involved in the process of problems solving, there were some placesthat need to be improved. This paper studies their research and gives some opinions.
