研究生在确定自己已被录取至入学报到,时间段一般在6个月左右,这段时间大多研究生不清楚自己要做什么,怎么做,往往是在放纵自己,无所事事中消磨人生中的宝贵时光。这样的培养体制脱节设计不仅对研究生的个人成长不利,而且也是对国家人力资源的一种浪费。我国教育体系的设计缺失指导性的科学和谐的劳逸结合的学休制度,缺失发掘鼓励个体自主潜心科研的激励制度。

For a postgraduate student, from being sure he has been admitted to enter a school, it usually takes six months. And during this period, most students do not know what they should do, and how to do, they usually indulge themselves, and idle about to waste the precious time. The disconnected training system design not only goes against students' personal growth but also waste the national human resource. The design for China's education system lacks of scientific and harmonious suspension system, and incentive system aiming at exploring and encouraging individual to doing scientific research independently.
