辅导员是高校全面负责学生管理工作的教师,是高校从事大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。随着高校扩招,大学生的数量激增,辅导员的工作日益繁重,如何切实有效地提高辅导员工作的实效性,是值得我们认真思考的。本文作者首先介绍了目前高校辅导员工作的现状,然后对高校辅导员的角色定位进行了描述,最后结合以上两方面的阐述,重点分析了提高高校辅导员工作实效性的举措。

Counselors are teachers who are fully responsible for College student management, they are backbone of cpllege engaged in the ideological and political education of college students. As the number of college enrollment, college students surge, increasing workload of counselors, how to work effectively to improve the timeliness, is worth serious consideration. The author introduces the current status of the work of college counselors, and then the role of college counselors is described, and finally combine the two aspects described above, focuses on the work of college counselors to improve the timeliness of the initiative.
