法学专业“就业型人才”与“理论型人才”培养双轨制教学方法研究——以武汉东湖学院法学专业实践教学改革为视角

法学专业的教学方式创新应当建立在符合我国法学教育基本要求的基础上,并能同时凸显学校自身与生源特色。独立院校的法学本科教育的对象根据对法学教育资源需求的差异性可以分为"就业型人才"与"理论型人才"。因此,教师在讲授过程中,应当将知识点内容、课时分配和讲授方法进行分流设置,通过双轨制教学方法达到教学目的。
