摘要 心理学是一门涵盖多种专业领域的科学,但就其根本而言,心理学是一种研究人类行为和心理过程的科学;商务谈判是在商业活动中,为使双方(或多方)的意见趋于一致而进行的洽谈磋商,商务谈判是双方(或多方)博弈和合作的过程;运用心理学理论和知识来指导商务谈判实践,可以把握谈判的主动权,抓住谈判对手的心理弱点,避免自身失误,赢得商务谈判的成功;心理学的一些禁忌同样在商务谈判中不可忽视。 Psychology is a science covers a variety of professional fields, but in terms of its fundamental, psychology is a scien-tific study of human behavior and mental processes;business negotiations in the commercial activities, to make the two sides (or parties) of consultations to discuss the convergence of views and conducted business negotiations (or parties) of both the game and the process of cooperation;applying psychological theory and practice knowledge to guide business negotiations, you can grasp the initiative in the negotiations, negotiators seize the psychological weakness avoid their mistakes and won successful business negotiations;some taboos same psychology in business negotiations can not be ignored.
