摘要
本文采用文献资料法、观察法等研究方法,通过对安徽游泳队在役运动员训练中的观察做出了游泳训练损伤的研究。旨在日后教学、训练以及比赛中提供依据和参考,更好地促进游泳项目的发展。
In this paper, through literature, observation and other research methods, through the observation of Anhui swimming in-service training of the athletes made a study of swimming training injury. Aimed at the future of teaching, training and competition to provide the basis and reference, to better promote the development of swimming events.
