当代大学生的幸福感调研——以复旦大学和上海电力学院为例

The Happiness of the Contemporary College Students——Take Fudan University and Shanghai University of Electric Power as an example

该文对两所高校的大学生进行了深入调查,并深刻探究了影响大学生幸福感的主要因素。发现大学生的幸福感主要来自于亲情和友情,缺乏成就感和竞争激烈是导致他们不幸福的重要原因。根据调查结果,给出了一些针对性的建议,以提高大学生幸福感和促进和谐校园的建设。

This paper through the survey between two universities, we have a common understanding of modern college stu-dents' sense of happiness, and we take a further research on main reasons which can affect their feeling about happiness. Dur-ing the program, we knew that their sense of happiness mostly came from family and friendship, while lacking sense of ac-complishment and fierce competition are the first killer of happiness. According to the survey, we gave some pieces of advices in order to let them feel happy and build a harmony campus.
