摘要 根据Thomas创业胜任力理论,成功创业者应拥有把握机遇、人际交往、市场决策、组织管理、战略实施和业务推广等六种能力。这一理论对高校创业教育具有积极的启示意义。高校在实施创业教育过程中应该致力于提升大学生的创业胜任力,保证其能力与创业需求相互契合。为此,高校应该采取积极的措施促进学生创业胜任力的提升。这些措施体现为构建三级创业教育体系、打造“双师型”创业教师队伍、建立创业扶持机构和发展创业学生社团。 According to Thomas entrepreneurial competence theory, successful entrepreneur should have to grasp the op-portunity, interpersonal, market making, organizational management, business strategy implementation and promotion of six capabilities. This theory has a positive Implications for university entrepreneurship education. Colleges and universities in the implementation process of entrepreneurship education should aim to enhance the college's entrepreneurial competencies, and entrepreneurship needs to ensure its ability to fit each other. To this end, the university should take active measures to promote entrepreneurship to enhance students' competence. These measures reflect the educational system for the construc-tion of three entrepreneurs, creating a"double type"entrepreneurship teachers, build business support agencies and develop entrepreneurial student societies.
