高等职业院校在发展过程中，不断探索内部管理体制改革。部分高等职业院校已推行院系二级管理，在实施院系二级管理时面临着多方面的问题与挑战，这需要在实施中进一步转变管理理念、结合实际情况、循序渐进，完善管理制度、提高管理队伍的素质、完善监督评价激励机制，提高管理效能。

In the developmental process, the advanced vocational technical colleges have to explore inner management reformation. While some of the colleges have been establishing the two-level management they are faced with big chal-lenges in many ways. It requires management transfers, linking to practical situations, continually transforming the management system.
