高校教务管理是教学管理工作的中心枢纽，本文在分析二级学院教务管理中存在不足的基础上，提出借鉴企业全面质量管理模式，结合学院的实际情况，优化聘课流程，突出“全面质量管理”的思想，使整个教务管理形成顺畅、高效、有序的运行机制。

Educational Administration is the central hub of teaching management, this paper analyzes two Academy defici-encies in educational administration proposed based on the enterprise-wide quality management reference model, combined with the actual situation in college, optimizing processes employed class, highlighting the"Comprehensive quality manage-ment"thinking, so that the whole educational administration form smooth, efficient, and orderly operation mechanism.
