摘要
建筑装饰行业的快速发展，对行业人才技能素质要求越来越高，如何在顶岗实习环节中解决这个问题，提高人才培养的质量，我院结合本专业的具体情况在顶岗实习中率先试行了现代学徒制。本文分析了现代学徒制的特点与研究现状，就建筑装饰专业顶岗实习中运用现代学徒制进行实习指导的方式、方法以及校企合作下产学研实习模式等方面进行了探讨研究。
The rapid development of architectural decoration industry, the industry personnel skills more and more high quality requirements. In order to solve the problem and improve the quality of education our institute firstly apply apprenti-ceship to the internship based on the real situation of the major. This essay annalizes the features and current researching situ-ation of the modern apprenticeship and research the guidance of apprenticeship in the inter-ship and the model of the coop-eration between enterprises and institute in industry-institute-research internship.
