大学生“知识-能力-素质”培养体系的构建与实践--以材料化学专业为例

Construction and Practice of the Teaching System of"Knowledge-talent-essence"--Take Materials Chemistry Undergraduates as an example

文章分析了当前企业对大学生培养质量的要求，根据山东科技大学材料化学专业设置的基础和平台，构建了材料化学专业大学生“知识-能力-素质”培养体系，探索了材料化学专业大学生“知识-能力-素质”培养方式，为提高大学生素质提供了借鉴经验。

The requirement of industries for the quality of undergraduates was discussed;the training system"knowledge-talent-essence"for the undergraduates in materials chemistry specialty was constructed;the appropriate approaches to train-ing the undergraduates possessing"knowledge-talent-essence"was probed. Consequently, predicted results for the teaching quality of the undergraduates had been acquired.
