在经济发展的冲击下，“差序格局”（费孝通，1947）如今正在变得理性化。在中国乡村，以宗族、血缘关系为基础的传统治理方式正在瓦解，而以法律为基础的现代治理方式还未能完全建立起来。本文将分析当今中国乡村的人际关系，以及社会结构与法律准则之间的矛盾，并试图依此提出政策建议。

As the economic development,"the pattern of different sequence"(Fei Xiaotong, 1947) is now becoming rational. In the villages of China, the traditional government based on clan and kinship has broken, while the contemporary one based on law cannot be set up utterly. This paper analyzes the interpersonal relationship in Chinese villages and the conflict between social structural and government by law, depends on which, and attempts to advance some policy suggestions.
