教师专业发展途径:教师合作与诱导--对美国优质教育委员会报告的解读与启示

摘要 美国优质教育委员会针对美国现存的教师质量和流动问题,提出了改善教师教育质量的建议,通过教师合作与诱导等措施,提高教师教育质量,减少教师流动与流失。我国教师专业发展可以借鉴美国的措施,促进我国教育质量的提高。 American Commission on Quality Education for teacher quality and liquidity problems, put forward proposals to improve the quality of teacher education through cooperation with the induction of teachers and other measures to improve the quality of teacher education, teacher mobility and reduce wastage. Professional development of teachers can learn from America's measures to promote the improvement of education quality.
