摘要
仅从一次高校教师岗前培训，就可以看出目前高校教师职业道德修养存在的一些问题。教师不能坐下来坚持参加岗前培训，究其原因，是耐不住“寂寞”。要想成为一名合格的高校教师，就要守得住“寂寞”。
Only from a teachers' pre-job training, we can see there are some problems about college teachers' professional ethics currently. The teachers can't sit down to attend pre-job training because they can not bear"lonesome". However, if we want to be qualified college teachers, we should bear"lonesome".
