高职院校高技能实验班培养模式探讨

高职学生就业难的问题也日渐显现，一个最重要的原因是毕业生职业技能素质低，缺少实践经验。本文提出的建立高职实验班，实行先调研再设置相应课程的理念，满足学生在学校期间积累更多的工作经验、提升技能，解决了学习深度和广度相结合、学习与就业相适应的高技能实用人才模式的问题。
