浅析高职毕业生就业问题现状及对策

Analysis of the Actuality of the Graduates' Employment of the Higher Vocational Education and Suggestions

本文首先列举了近年来高职毕业生就业状况，接下来从学校办学定位存在偏差、实训环节严重不足、就业指导不够充分等方面分析了原因，最后提出主动实现学校教育与社会需求的无缝对接、加强对学生个人能力的培养、加强舆论引导改变社会对职业教育偏见等解决这一问题的对策建议。

At first, this paper lists the actuality of the graduates'employment of the higher vocational education in recent years. Then analysis the reasons of this question,such as the target of the college is uncorrect, the practice is not enough,and the guide of the employment is poor. The last, gives the suggestions, just as the education consistents with the needs of society, strengthen the cultivation of personal ability for students, and change the prejudice of the vocational education.
