摘要
高职教育需要大量的高技能型人才，教学中应体现出技能培养与人文素养的形成兼并。本文作者结合教学改革实践，就如何使毕业生真正成为高素质高技能的社会需求人才谈了有关看法。
Higher education needs a lot of highly skilled personnel, teaching should reflect the skills training and the forma-tion of mergers and humanities. The author combines teaching practice reform, on how to make high-quality graduates to tru-ly become highly skilled professionals to talk about the views on needs of the community.
