农村中小学教育管理的现状及对策

社会发展对于教育体系也有了更高的要求，面对国家支持，社会关注，农村中小学教育管理依赖于政府政策，落后于社会发展，本身建设的不足也需要改变。农村中小学教育管理，在动力缺失、管理执行不到位，教师素养缺乏情况下，通过管理体制改革，教师素质建设，师资力量建设，提高物质保障；转变管理观念，发展现代化教育等方式使农村教育管理与现代社会相适应，从而提高农村中小学教育管理水平。

Social development has higher requirements for the education system,the face of national support,social concern,the management of primary and secondary education in rural areas depend on government policy,behind social development,inadequate building itself also needs to change.Management of rural primary and secondary education,the power loss,do not place the management,teachers lack literacy case,through management reform,teacher quality construction,teachers,and raise material security;change management concepts,the development of modern education and other ways to make rural education manage and adapt to modern society,thereby improving the management of rural primary and secondary education.
