摘要
以液压绞车为例,介绍了电液伺服速度控制系统的组成。通过建立控制系统的数学模型,分析了电液伺服速度控制系统各部件结构参数对动态特性的影响,提出了改善电液伺服速度控制系统动态品质办法,通过在Matlabsimulink模型中加入PI控制器对系统进行仿真,获得了控制系统的稳定性和动态特性。
This paper takes hydraulic winch for example to introduce the constrcution of electro-hydraulic servo speed control system. Moreover, the control system structure parameter's impact on dynamic quality is analyzed though the mathematic model of the control system, and the ways of improving dynamic quality of electro-hydraulic servo control system are raised. Through introducing PI controller to the Matlab-simulink model to simulate the sys-tem, we draw a conclusion that system is stable and also meets the demand of dynamic quality while the winch is functioning. This paper can also provide the reference for designing the electro-hydraulic servo speed control system.
