摘要
简要论述了热轧卷取机AJC装置工作原理和液压伺服控制回路,得到了AJC装置控制系统方块图,针对控制系统方块图的各个环节,建立了机械液压耦合二维物理模型,并对该模型进行了仿真分析,得到了系统的动态特性。
This paper discusses the working principle for AJC of down coiler and servo control circuit,and gets the control principle block diagram of AJC and establishes two-dimensional mechanical-hydraulic coupling physical model based on the control principle block diagram.Then this system is simulated and its dynamic characteristic is obtained.
