油液弹性模量对轧制力的影响及改进措施

摘要 通过对平整机轧制力液压伺服系统的油液弹性模量的测量,分析了油液压力和温度对弹性模量的影响,在开式系统的工况下采取控制油温和提高控制腔油压力的方法,使轧制力液压伺服系统工作在油液弹性模量值相对较高的范围,从而减小因油液弹性模量随压力高频变化给控制系统造成的不稳定影响,以获得较好的动态响应,提高轧制力的控制精度。 Through measurement of the oil elastic modulus of rolling forceservo system in skin pass mill, analyse the impact of the oil pressure and temperature on the elastic modulus, take control of oil temperature and improve pres-sure method in the open system conditions, so that the rolling forceservo system working range is relatively higher in the oil elastic modulus, in order to reduce the influence to control system instability caused by oil elastic modu-lus changes with the pressure of high frequency, to obtain a better dynamic response, improve the control precision of rolling force.
