建设锡伯族语言文化数据库,采用自建、购买、联合开发等方式,拟建设独立性元数据(连接纸本资源)与关联性元数据(连接数据库),数字影像资源与数字文本资源相结合。建设数据库传输发布于门户网站,建设支撑技术包括锡伯文(满文)专用软件和工具软件两类,前者专门研制开发,后者从市场上购买。

To construct Sibo language culture database,we must take ways like self- construction,buying,and joint development to construct independent metadata( link paper material) and relevant metadata(link database),combining digital video materials and digital text materials. We should construct database published in portal website and construct technical support such as doing specific research and development to make professional Sibo(Manchu) software and buying software tools in the market.
