摘要
大庆外围油田为提液上产,主要采用抽油机井调大冲次等方式,通过统计分析,单井产液量与冲次不总是正比关系,且高冲次单井检泵周期会随之缩短、耗电量增加,使得单井生产成本增加。为改善单井运行工况,提高泵效,降低能耗,开展了长冲程、低冲次现场综合调整试验。本文重点阐述与探讨了葡萄花油田应用长冲程、低冲次参数原理及优化原则,介绍了现场试验情况,并进行了效果效益分析,可进一步优化葡萄花油田机采井井下工况。
Daqing Oilfield to extract on the middle class,mainly using large rush of pumping way inferior,by using statistical analysis,the single liquid-producing capacity is not always directly proportional。To improve the operating conditions of single well,improving pump efficiency,reducing energy consumption,long-stroke,low-impact on-site comprehensive adjustment test。This article focuses on discussion and application in putaohua oilfield long stroke and low flush parameter principle and optimization principles on field testing situation and benefit analysis of effect,you can further optimize production shaft under conditions of the putaohua oilfield.
