摘要
针对注水井用常规压缩式封隔器解封负荷大,作业井架不能满足多级分注井解封负荷需求的问题,成功研制了具有低力解封特性的低力解封封隔器。该封隔器设计了新型解封机构,将原封隔器解封剪钉承受的胶筒回弹力转化到解封球上,使解封剪钉不再承受胶筒回弹力,因而缩小了剪钉尺寸,降低了剪钉强度,最终使解封力由30kN降至3kN,保障了多段分层注水井后期作业的顺利进行,为水驱精细挖潜提供了有力的工艺技术支撑。
According to the large releasable load of the ordinary compression packer used in Injection wells, Work derrick can not meet the releasable load demand of multi-level injection wells,We successfully developed a low-power releasable packer with small releasable load property. We design a new releasable component in the packer,in order to transfer the cones elasticity that the releasable shear studs bear to releasable the ball. Therefore releasable shear studs don't have to bear the cones elasticity,the size of the studs can be decreased,and the intensity of the studs is also been reduced. eventually releasable force is reduced by 30kN to 3kN. The operation of Multi-level injection wells is ensured to carry on successfully,this packer provides the meticulous potential exploitation of water flooding with the effective technical support.
