摘要
钻具失效将导致钻井事故,影响钻井作业的正常进行。针对PL油田钻杆刺穿失效的事故,在做宏观分析及刺穿部位裂纹微观分析以及理化性能分析的基础上,结合油田钻井液完井液等不同的腐蚀环境进行了腐蚀性能分析。同时,结合钻杆使用时的受力状况通过计算机模拟手段对刺穿钻杆进行综合分析。总结出了钻井现场造成钻具失效的主要原因,并提出了提高钻具安全可靠性的建议,对有效预防和减少海上钻具刺漏失效事故发生有一定的指导意义。
Drilling pipe failure will lead to drilling accident,affecting normal drilling operation. Aiming at the PL oilfield drill pipe failure,in the macro analysis and micro analysis and piercing crack analysis based on the combination of physical and chemical properties,drilling fluid and completion fluid in different corrosion environment of the corrosion performance analysis. At the same time,in light of the use of the stress condition of the comprehensive analysis of the drill pipe by computer simulation. Summed up the drilling site caused by failure of the main drill pipe and made recommendations to improve safety and reliability of drilling pipe for effective prevention and reduction of offshore drilling washout failure accidents have a certain significance.
